Exhibit Registration Fees Include

• One 8’ x 10’ booth space including:
  • 8’ high back drape (Color TBD)
  • 3’ high side drape (Color TBD)
  • (1) 2’x6’x30” high skirted table (Color TBD)
  • (2) chairs
  • (1) wastebasket
  • (1) two-line 7” x 44” ID sign stating company name and booth number
• One exhibitor representative allowed to attend the conference sessions
  *Additional exhibitor representatives wanting to attend the conference sessions MUST register for the conference at $250 per person.
• One boxed lunch on Monday, Feb 21
  *Additional exhibitor representatives NOT attending the conference must register at $50 per person and will be provided a boxed lunch on Monday.
• Company listing and web site link posted on the conference web site and printed in conference handouts

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $50 processing fee. Written cancellation requests must be postmarked on or before February 12, 2011. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are welcome. Utah State University reserves the right to cancel this event or portions thereof due to insufficient enrollment and limit their liability to registration refunds only.

Exhibitors may request a specific booth, but conference management reserves the right to assign exhibitors to booths as they deem most appropriate. Exhibitors may specify on the registration form any exhibitors they do not wish to be near. All decisions of show management will be final.

Exhibit Schedule
In order to increase traffic, continental breakfast, lunch and an evening reception will be held in the exhibit hall on Monday, as well as continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
