Abstract:

Do you really know how parents feel about your services? Do you know how much they value your services and support? Are you really creating and adapting your program to meet their needs? The My View on Services (Young, Gascon-Ramos, Campbel and Bamford) evaluation tool was adapted by CHOICES for Parents and the Illinois EHDI Program to collect data, rather than base programmatic change solely on anecdotal feedback from parents. Results of this evaluation tool will be shared with attendees including how it was adapted, distributed, and the results implemented.
