Anne Gaspich is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. She is the parent of four children, the youngest of whom has hearing loss. Anne joined the Pennsylvania EHDI program in August 2011 as the Program Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Department of Health funded family support program, Hands & Voices Guide by Your Side of Pennsylvania. Anne is also a consultant for Early Intervention Technical Assistance on the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Initiative and Deaf-Blind Initiative. She has attended the National Early Hearing Detection and Intervention meeting as the Pennsylvania Parent representative in 2013, 2014 and 2015 and received the Pennsylvania Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Award for Distinguished Service. She has presented at the annual PA state Low Incidence Institute for 4 years and other statewide training. |

Arthur Florio is currently a Public Health Program Administrator in the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Division of Newborn Screening and Genetics. He has served as the PA EHDI program administrator for 13 years and manages reporting of newborn hearing screening results by birth hospitals, reporting of diagnostic results by audiologists and the out-of-hospital births newborn hearing screening program. Additionally, Mr. Florio oversees and collaborates with the PA AAP EHDI Program and the PA Guide By Your Side Program, both of which are funded by grants from the PA Department of Health. |
