Abstract: |
This presentation will formally introduce the Journal of Early Hearing Detection and Intervention and the newly revised and repurposed NCHAM E-Book. Participants will become acquainted with the types and scope of material featured in each publication. In addition to meeting the need for current, authoritative information regarding professional issues, the JEHDI will provide a forum for those wishing to publish their material in a peer-reviewed journal oriented toward all the disciplines that make up early hearing detection and intervention. The E-Book will continue to be a valuable resource to new EHDI coordinators, students in Au.D. programs, parents, physicians and others interested in obtaining a broad perspective of EHDI components and issues. We will also outline the process of submitting abstract or article to either publication. |
