Abstract: |
The goal of technology is to provide sufficient auditory access to use hearing to develop speech, language, listening and literacy skills. This workshop will discuss how to determine if the technology is providing enough auditory access. It will discuss the role of the audiologist, EI provider, speech pathologist, teacher, and family in monitoring listening. A discussion will include how to improve auditory access and how each member of the team can assist. |
