Heidi Klomhaus
Heidi, hard of hearing herself and a parent of a hard of hearing child, holds the Executive Director position at Arizona Hands & Voices. When she came on board, she quickly established a forum called "What's Up Wednesday." Her leadership not only supported her team pivoting to providing information to families in new formats through weekly (and now monthly) virtual support, but at the same time partnered with the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, and the EAR Foundation of Arizona to support tele-intervention.
