Natasha Rich
Natasha Rich is the mother of a son with microtia with moderate conductive hearing loss. Natasha is passionate about ensuring all parents have strong parent-to-parent support, particularly parents of children with congenital conditions. Natasha is part of a two-person hearing loss follow-up Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Program (EHDI) team and has been employed by the Florida EHDI since late 2020. Prior to joining the EHDI program, Natasha provided early intervention services through Florida's Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C program and through EHDI's parent support program partner, the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind.
