360 Degree Quality Assurance in Early Intervention: An Imperative
This paper will explore holistically the longitudinal data for an early intervention programme in Africa (with the aim of developing a template for others in the field). The data will be discussed from a 360 degree perspective; that of the providers, family recipients, referring agents, therapists as well as what we are learning from infant data over 4 years.
This paper will present the 1st such longitudinal study in Africa with the aim of engaging with and learning from experts in the USA in order to ensure that the next 5-10 year strategy is critiqued responsibly as part of an in-depth quality assurance process.
- The participants will engage critically with longitudinal early intervention data with the aim of assessing the way forward in implementing early intervention in africa. Participants will experience strategic quality assurance in action
