2026 Early Hearing Detection & Intervention Conference
March 15-17, 2026 • Jacksonville, FL
CEU Information
The 2026 EHDI Conference is pending approval to offer continuing education credits for the conference. All CEU forms and instructions will be available online and on the conference app.
NCHAM will submit continuing education units (CEU) requests to participating continuing education organizations (AAA, ASHA, NCHEC and AG Bell Academy) for participants who complete the appropriate CEU survey.
*If you are a member of ASHA, AAA, Ag Bell Academy, NCHEC or want a general attendance record, complete the survey found here. Your membership number/s are required.
CEU requests will only be submitted by NCHAM for those who complete the CEU survey/s by March 30, 2026.
Instructions:
On the survey, mark each session you attended. At the end of the survey, the number of minutes you attended will be tabulated for you. These minutes are used to calculate the number of CEUs you can submit for. For your records, you can adjust how minutes are calculated according to your continuing education organization. For example, adjust the number of minutes to the number of hours you want to submit or, for AAA, calculate each hour as 0.1 CEU.
You can start the survey and go back at a later time as long as you are using the same IP address (e.g., the same computer). Please remember that CEU organizations require you submit an evaluation for each session you are requesting CEU credit for. Links to individual session evaluations can be found on the conference schedule via the website (ehdiconference.org) and conference app.
You can select more than one CEU organization to submit information to if you are a member of more than one organization (e.g., ASHA and AAA). On the survey, you are also able to select a general attendance form in order to have a generic record of what you attended to submit to employers and other CEU organizations.
Please note, posters do not qualify for continuing education credit.
You will automatically be sent a copy of your CEU submission via the email address you provided. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours, please thoroughly check your spam and junk folders.
For the EHDI Conference, the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management will submit CEU surveys/contact hours to each of the following CEU organizations no later than March 30, 2026:
- American Academy of Audiology (AAA)
- AG Bell Academy
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. (NCHEC/CHES and MCHES)
