Communication for Team Excellence

As our communities grow more polarized, the demand for strong communication skills has never been greater. The workplace, in particular, is full of opportunities for miscommunication and missed connections—both of which undermine team efficiency and productivity. Just as healthy relationships are essential in our personal lives, they are equally vital at work. When colleagues communicate effectively, they collaborate more smoothly, accomplish more, and move faster toward shared goals. In this session, we will dive into practical strategies for strengthening workplace interactions and explore tools to enhance communication so teams can thrive and get the job done.

  • Participants will learn about their own communication style.
  • Participants will understand the benefit of communicating effectively with others.
  • Participants will learn about the communication styles around them and how to enhance their relationships in the workplace.
